Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data IO Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing digital data workflows within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in the intake, organization, and distribution of digital assets, ensuring data integrity and facilitating smooth data transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the ingestion and distribution of digital assets, ensuring accurate labelling and storage.
  • Help maintain data integrity and security, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Support data transfers between internal departments and external partners.
  • Monitor data workflows and assist in ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with production and creative teams to support their data needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic data transfer issues with guidance from the team.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of data transactions.
  • Assist in the implementation of data management policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and IO operations.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of data management and data transfer protocols.
  • Strong organizational andmultitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and data management tools.
