Key Responsibilities

  • The Associate Production Manager is responsible for providing competent resources to Line producer and the Creative Team for various shows.
  • Responsible for planning, forecasting the resources requirement. Maintain various reports and trackers for the resource utilization.
  • Strategize and monitor the performance of the Artist and over all department efficiency.
  • Responsible for raising resource hiring to HR, Training recommendations for the artist for skill upgradation.
  • Responsible for shift management of the resources.

  • ShotGrid/equivalent tool knowledge

  • Think in line with all Production aspects including Bid Reserve, Allocation & Utilization
