Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work on easy-to-mid-level shots/tasks while collaborating with team members.
- Independently handle assigned shots with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Perform self-quality checks on all files worked on and ensure any errors are rectified before review sessions.
- Participate actively in team reviews, providing input and feedback on Work in Progress (WIP) tasks.
- Provide daily updates on the status of assigned tasks to the Lead.
- Raise issues and flag concerns to the Lead as needed, ensuring smooth communication.
- Keep the workflow organized and maintain an efficient system for file management.
- Adhere to proper naming conventions and folder structures as per company and client guidelines.
- Accountable for meeting productivity and daily targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Follow instructions from team leads and show adaptability in incorporating feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or diploma in Animation, Visual Effects, Film Production, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Matchmove or similar VFX role is preferred.
- Proficiency in matchmoving software (e.g., PFTrack, 3DEqualizer, Boujou).
- Familiarity with 3D software like Maya, Houdini, or similar is a plus.
- Basic understanding of camera tracking and object tracking processes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve errors.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
- Willingness to learn and improve through feedback and team discussions.
